Process Outsourcing earns sole vendor designation by Burger King
(MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.,
June 28, 2005) - Burger King Corporation today named RSM McGladrey a member of
its Premier Alliance Program. By earning this designation, RSM McGladrey will
be the sole recommended provider of financial process outsourcing to the
franchise operators of approximately 7,000 BURGER KING® in the United States.

Process Outsourcing is a market leader in providing outsourced accounting
services,” said Julian Gomez, Burger King’s director of operations/strategic
planning, in announcing the new agreement. “Some of our most successful
franchise operators already use RSM McGladrey, so it only makes sense to
recommend them to others for such services as monthly financial statement
preparation, daily deposit verification, credit card reconciliation, payment of
sales tax and other related taxes and bill paying.”
In addition to the Burger King
franchise locations, RSM McGladrey Financial Process Outsourcing serves 1,200
other quick service, casual dining and fine dining restaurant locations in the
United States.
